ExpoBooqi for exhibition venues

A standard hybrid venue guide with halls, routes, food and parking that every fair can use, and a ready-made service to offer your organisers.

ExpoBooqi is a hybrid visitor guide for trade fairs and congresses: visitors keep a pocket-sized ExpoBooqi with the floor plan, programme and exhibitors, and the QR on it opens a digital guide that keeps working after the event.

  1. 1

    A short call

We look at your venue and your goals, and show you what it would look like for you.

  2. 2

    We design both halves

You send your map, content and brand. We design your ExpoBooqi and the digital guide, you approve.

  3. 3

    Live

Your ExpoBooqi arrives, the digital guide is live behind the QR, and you change the content yourself.

Already have your own app? Good. Most visitors never download one. Your ExpoBooqi is in their hand the moment they arrive, and the QR on it can open your app or your site. Hybrid: physical and digital together.

ExpoBooqi is not a website builder. There is nothing to download: the guide opens in the browser.
